Implemented parts of the redesigned network connection configuration

Highlights:

• Users can opt for default bridges.
• Users see progress status for Tor bootstrap even if they don't use bridges.
• The Tor configuration interface is now accessible and compatible with Wayland.
• We don't depend on Tor Launcher.
